CONTEST ENTRY FORMS ARE LISTED WITHIN ENTRY INFORMATION AND RULES
ENTRY FORMS
IF THERE IS NOT AN ENTRY FORM LISTED FOR YOUR DEPARTMENT USE THE GENERAL ENTRY FORM
Set-up of exhibits:
9:00 am – 5:00 pm on Sunday, the day before opening day of the fair (unless otherwise noted with class/category information).
Take-down of Exhibits:
♦ NO EXHIBIT, Open or 4-H Division, may NOT be taken-down PRIOR to their allotted time(s) dismissal, (details stated in the 2025 Fair Book by department), if your department does NOT have a dismissal time, your would be 8:00 am Monday, until 1:30 pm August 11, 2025, violation of dismissal time(s) will cause your Premium Monies Will Be Forfeited.
Exhibits are open daily from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm.
If, during the fair hours (10 am – 10 pm) you require transportation assistance bringing in / taking out materials (or yourself) please notify the fair office [next to the First Aid building, just west of Floral Hall or call 315-597-5372
when entering the grounds].
All exhibitor’s vehicles are to be in proper provided parking areas no later than 9:45 am daily,(
