Board of Directors

 The Board of Directors of the Union Agricultural Society at Palmyra, aka Wayne County Fair, are elected to 3-year terms by the Stockholders of the Union Agricultural Society at Palmyra. Officers are elected by the participating Board members.

Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month at the Palmyra Community Center, with the exception of August as it is the month of the fair.
